Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Mildly Interesting Life! Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier
All orders placed from Canada are shipped through CanadaPost. Orders placed from the United States are shipped through ChitChats with DDP included so there are no surprise charges.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide international shipping via CanadaPost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the specific items in your order, package weight/dimensions, and destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Customers
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your country's customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
For US Customers Only
Due to tariffs, we are happy to announce that you will not be charged any additional money for customs and duties. We pay for all of this before your order ships to you. Proceed as normal when you purchase from our website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by Canada Post. [Your Store Name] does not guarantee specific delivery dates; any estimates shown at checkout are approximations only.
Shipment Responsibility
Once an order has been handed off to Canada Post and a tracking number issued, Mildly Interesting Life is no longer responsible for the shipment. This includes (but isn't limited to) packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If an issue arises with your shipment, we recommend contacting Canada Post directly with your tracking number, as they'll have the most accurate information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We understand shipping issues are frustrating. While we're not liable for packages once they're in Canada Post's possession, we encourage you to file a claim directly with Canada Post for lost or damaged shipments. If you're unsure how to start that process, contact us and we'll do our best to guide you.
